Waabigwan Mashkiki St. Cloud is the White Earth Nation tribal cannabis dispensary serving the central Minnesota corridor from its location on 33rd Avenue South in St. Cloud. The name means 'Flower Medicine' in Ojibwe. As a tribal enterprise, it does not collect Minnesota's 15 percent excise tax or state sales tax, offering approximately 22 percent savings compared to standard dispensaries. It is one of three Waabigwan Mashkiki locations serving White Earth Nation territory, alongside Moorhead and Mahnomen.

People should be aware that this is NOT a true cannabis store. They sell hemp products and Delta 9 products. Delta 9 can be compared to 3.2 beer you buy in gas stations. Sure, you might get high, but you have to take a bunch of it, and the cost is outrageous if you need THC for pain relief, sleep, or anxiety. It also explains why they have no products listed for sale on their website. Would you otherwise spend a lot of money on a product you didn't get a chance to Google or research? Minnesota seems to be hell bent on making affordable weed impossible. I guess I'll continue to drive 6 hours to Ironwood, Michigan because I can get a bag of true THC gummies for under five dollars. They also have five different shops, and the competition keeps prices low.

Michelle, we agree that the state has dropped the ball on the cannabis rollout. We are stuck trying to function within the laws as written. Though we don't understand the anger you've displayed towards us. We don't have products online because we don't currently offer online sales. We don't apologize for working within the confines of the state law. We are indeed well into the process for getting an actual canna license. Until that happens, we're doing our best to offer the best products from Minnesota producers. We strive to educate and remain compliant. Enjoy your trips to Michigan for now. Great little store with lots of choices including CBD treats for pets. My dogs love them! Marissa was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the products. She also was able to talk to me as someone from out of state, about the laws and regulations and how the landscape is changing towards recreational use. 10000/10, will go back if we’re in the area again.
