Always love that zaza. They know how to treat customers right
Great selection, super friendly staff
Nasty products taste like poison
No recreational cannabis but will lie and say they have "real weed". It's a hemp store.
Customer service was poor I walked in and tried to ask a question and was immediately interrupted and told I need to provide my ID the store person was a guy and gave me a smart ass answer like am I buying anything no I came in to ask a question but you wanted to rudely interrupt me and demand I give you my ID, I walked out immediately laugh cause they look like they were going outta business anyways( not to mention everything is over priced that you be paying double here than anywhere else)
Called and specifically asked if they sold real actual weed. The lady insured me it was legit and was friendly and said it’s a common question. I go there get a jar of decent looking buds. It was like fake weed or delta 8 or whatever bs they sell. Very disappointing
DO NOT SHOP HERE. They are liars and criminals especially the female manager. I am currently in contact with the attorney generals office about them. I called twice and my wife called once to verify that they sold actual THC pre rolls because we live 25 minutes away. we were told several times YES WE DO. my wife went to get them and asked specifically for THC pre rolls they gave her hemp pre rolls that said hemp pre roll in tiny print.. Then when I went back to get our money back they said no refunds and kicked me out of her store. They had a nor refund sign. But unfortunately for them that sign means nothing if they misrepresented the product (if a product is misrepresented through speech or signage you have to provide a refund). which they did 4 times I have them recorded for two of the calls blatantly lying.. Anyone else who's had this problem get in contact with me anyway you can. The attorneys generals office said the more people the better.
They would’ve even answer my calls the store is in the creakiest smallest hallway ever surrounded by what I assume are families in financial distress and they only have a sharpie written sign with only “be 21 and have an id no refunds” and don’t answer their locked front door such bs never go here a back alley dealer is more legit
Awesome customer service and atmosphere! I HIGHLY recommend!!
$23 for a bent 0.9 gram shake pre-roll. Not "real weed" (2018 farm bill compliant) Dude behind the counter was chill though and seemed to know his stuff.
Fake dispo with near 0% levels of thc. Called and asked about recreational. Talked about Oregon actual legal weed and clerk didn’t bother to tell me it was not actual cannabis. My fault for not checking the fine print on the packaging at the store but didn’t appreciate the lack of transparency when I was directing questions.
Friendly associate...very helpful!
